Southern Tigers Domestic Competition
The Southern Districts Junior Basketball League (SDJBL) is a local competition proudly delivered in partnership between Southern Tigers Basketball Association and South Adelaide Basketball Club.
The SDJBL provides families with an organised, local and affordable basketball competition within the southern suburbs. It is the official domestic pathway competition for Southern Tigers and serves as a stepping stone toward our Junior District Program.
Whether your child is new to basketball or looking to continue developing their skills, SDJBL offers a structured and supportive environment for players of all abilities.

Southern Tigers offers more than just a place to play on Saturdays we provide a complete basketball pathway. Our SDJBL program is directly connected to our Junior District (JDL/YDL) and senior programs, giving players a clear progression as they develop. We focus on teaching the game properly, building strong fundamentals, decision-making skills, and positive team habits in a supportive, family-oriented environment. With aligned coaching, clear communication, and a strong club culture, Southern Tigers is committed to helping every player grow whether they are playing for fun or aiming to take the next step in their basketball journey.
